The bedrooms consist of a family room with double and single bed, a double, a second-floor double, a bunk, and a second-floor single, serviced by a ground-floor shower room witha walk-in shower with seat and handrail, basin and WC and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and furniture, and a rear courtyard garden with gravel and seating, plus off-road parking for three cars and further roadside parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You will find a shop and pub within 0.1 miles,and a river within 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ivy House is a welcoming base for exploring the Cairngorms National Park.
