We’re pleased that you found the villa spacious and the swimming pool to your liking, and that the location was convenient for enjoying the beach and local restaurants. We appreciate your feedback regarding the villa's condition and the aspects that didn't quite meet your expectations. In regards to the cleaning of the villa during your stay it seems there was a miscommunication with our housekeeping staff as some members of your group requested for the Villa not to be cleaned, which led to some confusion. We have addressed this internally to ensure that our communication with guests is clear and that all preferences for cleaning are respected and fulfilled promptly. We’ve also taken note of your feedback on kitchen utensils. We are committed to providing a well-equipped and comfortable environment. While our Villas are well equipped, above the requirements and beyond the expected amenities found in similar tourism lodgings, we understand that guest needs can vary, and we aim to accommodate special requests when feasible. It is important to note however that it is not possible to facilitate for all amenities found in a normal daily used house. Regarding your comments about the outdoor loungers and the bathroom updates needed, we are reviewing these areas closely and will consider them in our continuous efforts to improve our guests' experience. For the stairs, we do have handrails in place to ensure the safety of our guests, but we will re-evaluate their effectiveness and make improvements if necessary to ensure they meet safety standards and guest expectations. We value your input as it is essential for us to enhance the comfort and enjoyment of all who stay with us.
