Chateaux Beachfront Condo...Only Steps To The Water!!!

Please note: From July 2025 to December 2025, the building will be undergoing a renovation project. Be advised that during this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building, including balcony work, which will result in balcony closure during that time. Our balcony is scheduled for July 23 to August 26, 2025. This could change due to weather delays. Also, there will be a time that the pool will be closed, however we will have access to the pool at The Seagate a couple of doors down from our building.
The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there will be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities. We have applied a discount to this unit during the construction time due to the inconvenience this will cause.

Have your morning coffee sitting at the high top table and chairs and watch spectacular sunsets without leaving the condominium on your private balcony. The sunset pictures included on this site were taken from the balcony. The Chateaux is located steps away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This 1 bedroom with 1 full bath is a direct gulf front condominium, very spacious, fully furnished and equipped. This unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your convenience.
