Great Vacation

This was our second stay at this condo and we love it. The view of the ocean is amazing. The beach access is just steps from your door. The condo is older but clean and has everything you need for your stay. The location of the condo is perfect and it’s close to many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a very nice one bedroom condo. It's the first time we stayed there. Great access to the beach. Nice and private. Great access to restaurants nearby. The major negative was that the mattress really needs to be replaced. It has seen it's best days. Other than that the condo was really good.

Everything perfect ;ocean view Great. Saw Manatees and Dolphins. Beach white sand perfect. Suggest renting blue Cabanas on beach for the week.

Wonderful vacation get away!!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Chateaux 102. It was perfectly located to the very short walk to the beach! One floor down to the beach gate access. This unit was decorated very nicely,and all furniture was very comfortable.The kitchen was very nicely stocked!The laundry facilities are within a few steps from the unit was a convenient bonus. We found a new yearly rental.

This was a great location and very well appointed condo. It had everything we wanted and I would definitely stay again. Any negative reviews were unfounded as far as we were concerned. Wonderful heated pool and couldn’t ask for a better location.

We loved staying at the Chateaux. The beach was so close which made it nice going back and forth from the pool to the beach. There are restrooms at the pool area which is super convenient. The facility is kept very clean. We will be back !!!

Had to contact company rep for code to enter condo an hour after arriving. Instructions were not sent prior to arrival. Ongoing repairs at the condo grossly understated in description. No balcony furniture. Dirt/mold from ac vent on ceiling.

Loved this unit and will stay again. Nice getaway for a couple. Can't beat the views, beach access or value. The bed is very comfortable, linens were plentiful and better than other places we've stayed. It was clean and comfortable. It had all we needed for the week. It is close to some great restaurants and icecream.

Building is worn out and in terrible shape very poorly run during the years unit everything is worn out in old mold, and mildew in the bathroom, dirty baseboards. The only thing that worked good was the air conditioning. The elevator broke . Elevator is a disgusting factor only having one.

Great location, loved being on the end and first floor! Easy access to everything! Loved the keyless entry, place was plenty big for me and my daughters! Days we used the pool, there were plenty of chairs. Grilled a few times too. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Thanksgiving Vacation

Beautiful views are sometimes all you need, but this cozy condo is great for a couple's getaway. The king size bed was comfortable and the bedroom, living room and walk-in closet were all very spacious. The pool was even surprisingly warm - though I suggest packing a warm robe for evening swimming this time of year. We would definitely return.
