I enjoyed staying at this location. The neighborhood was quiet. It was conveniently located for access to the train station and old town. The apartment was well appointed. It was helpful to have a washing machine available. Plenty of room was available to move about. All furnishings were new and in good condition. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Safe area, enclosed building with secure code, quiet, clean, good storage space. Cons: No air conditioning as advertised, microwave did not work, washing machine quit after one load, bed is worn with sagging mattress, pans are worn, no utensils for cooking.Communication with Host is okay - they answer the telephone, but do nothing to make the issues better. There were many options that would correct the issues, but they did nothing. Worst was they lied and said they would - but never did!I was in the unit for a long time - not a weekend only stay. I rented while I was working and this made my time miserable. I rented this apartment 5 months in advance specifically for the air conditioning, oven, washing machine and I liked the balcony. We stayed 2 yrs ago at another apartment in same building, but WITH another owner and rental company that was much more agreeable and responsible. The issues could have been fixed easily--I would not recommend this apartment. The Host kept asking me to provide photos sent online to them so that they could inform their repair team....so I did.....but they never came for any repair or to investigate. For 2 days, I stayed home before my work days to let them into the unit. But they did nothing. The least they could have done was to send over a FAN! Or more towels and sheets, since I could not wash!
