The apartment has a very well-equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, two types of coffee makers (filter and espresso), a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a washing machine, and an orange juicer; the washing machine is built into the kitchen itself. It also has a table and four chairs.
The master bedroom is very spacious; it can accommodate up to one single bed and a cot at the same time, in addition to the double bed. It features a 32-inch TV and hardwood flooring, as well as a three-door closet with a full-length mirror.
The second bedroom has a 1.35 cm bed, with a clay floor and a two-door closet.
The bathroom has a spacious shower stall with a steam extractor and a hair dryer; upon arrival, towels of various sizes are provided in the bathroom.
The living/dining room features a dining table for four people, and the living area has two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and a 40-inch TV with local and international channels.
We’ve added a walk-through room between the living room and a bedroom with artificial turf on the floor, which gives the room a remarkable warmth; it’s a perfect surface for children to play on the floor. It’s also ideal for reading, as it has a window next to a comfortable armchair from which you can see the outdoor garden and feel as though the garden extends into the house thanks to the artificial grass.
All rooms have views of the garden, except for the bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped. Bath towels are provided. Bedding is provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival.

The garden and parking area are for shared use; there is a small pond with turtles and a chicken coop where guests can collect eggs if they wish. There is also a bonsai garden. You can enjoy a pergola with outdoor furniture on the terrace.

The property is located in a very quiet residential area, away from noise yet very close to many points of interest, such as a golf course, the airport, La Laguna, an UNESCO World Heritage Site; Puerto de la Cruz, a tourist town home to the famous Loro Parque and several beaches; and Lake Martianez.
- Getting Around
It is recommended to rent a car, although you can also get around by bus, as the stop is about a 15-minute walk away
