Airy hillside flat with views
Beautiful two bedroom duplex apartment with plenty of natural light and a balcony overlooking the city. Archway & Highgate tube station are less than 15mins walk away and there's the excellent Tarn Bakery, The Shop On The Hill and Wine Connection right next to the flat. Crouch End village and all its great restaurants and shops are just a short walk away and both Highgate and Finsbury Park can be accessed via the wonderful Parkland Walk. The flat occupies the three top floors of an old victorian house in Whitehall Park. It offers a calming, luxurious atmosphere thanks to a generous layout and high quality facilities. All sash windows are double glazed and the whole flat has dimmable Philips Hue lighting and a Nest thermostat. You will be greeted by my lovely co-host Alex Brooks.
Please note that the stairs to the loft are 6ft4 at the lowest point and the door to the w/c in the loft is just over 6ft.
