The Space:

The apartment features two spacious bedrooms: a master bedroom with wooden beam ceilings and a private en suite bathroom, and a second large bedroom.



Additionally, there are two sofa beds, increasing the capacity up to eight guests—ideal for families or groups of friends.



The interiors, enhanced by parquet floors, are air-conditioned to ensure comfort in every season.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, providing everything needed for independent cooking.



The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with an HD TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.



Heating, a washing machine, hairdryer, and essential amenities complete the offer for a comfortable and worry-free stay.



Guest Access:

The standard check in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm.



Arrivals after 9:00 PM are subject to the following extra fees: €25 until midnight, €50 until 2:00 AM, and €100 between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM.



In the case an early check in might be needed don't hesitate to contact us: we'll do our best to adapt to your specific needs.



Our guests are granted exclusive access to all areas of the apartment for maximum enjoyment.

The property is cleaned and sanitized by trained staff to ensure a comfortable environment upon your arrival.



You’ll find Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy a pleasant and independent stay.



Extra cleaning or linen changes are available upon request (subject to a fee) — we're happy to accommodate your needs.



The apartment is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL A1).
