The Space:

The apartment features a beautiful patio, ideal for relaxing outdoors or enjoying summer dinners under the stars.



Inside, you'll find a very spacious living room, tastefully furnished and designed to offer you maximum comfort and space.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, perfect for preparing delicious meals at home.



The apartment has two bathrooms, one of which is located inside the very spacious and cozy master bedroom.



This elegant and well-furnished environment will provide everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.



Guest Access:

Our guests are granted exclusive access to all areas of the apartment for maximum enjoyment.



We offer a self check in option, which allows the guest to access the apartment at their preferred time after 15.00 pm.

Please note that for assistance with check-in outside of standard hours involves an extra fee of €25 for assistance after 9PM and €50 after midnight.



In the case an early check in might be needed don't hesitate to contact us: we'll do our best to adapt to your specific needs.

BuddyRent manages this apartment with care and is happy to assist you before and during your stay.



The property is cleaned and sanitized by trained staff to ensure a comfortable environment upon your arrival.



You’ll find Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy a pleasant and independent stay.



Extra cleaning or linen changes are available upon request (subject to a fee) — we're happy to accommodate your needs.





The apartment is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL); however, the patio provides a parking space for a medium-sized car, though its use as an outdoor area may be limited when used for parking.
