Comfortable property. Living area was comfortable, beds were a little dated and kitchen was basically equipped. Communication was good during the stay but not before the booking.

This was an OK experience for us overall, we were only staying two nights. I think it could be nice, with some attention & tlc. The kitchen around the oven area was greasy & the oven had spillage in the base from previous guests. The kitchen was VERY basically kitted out, not much equipment & no spare crockery, - there were four of us, only three wine glasses etc.The bathrooms were spotless & the bedrooms clean, though the bedding was so screwed up, we weren't sure at first.The living area of the 'lodge' was nicely furnished, but the settees still had crumbs on them from previous occupants.I hadn't noticed in the property description, that only 2 towels are provided with this property, even with 4 guests.
