The Area

Welcome to this cozy and spacious 3-bedroom caravan, it offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests, perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing break by the coast.

Bedroom one and two features two single beds each, while the third bedroom has a double bed plus one sofa bed in the living room , perfect for family or friends. With two bathrooms for added convenience, there’s plenty of space for everyone.

Activities on-site can be booked 12 weeks in advance, with swimming bookings available 4 weeks in advance. During holiday periods, bookings go quickly, so early reservations are recommended.

Minimum Stay:
The minimum stay is three nights; however, guests staying for just one or two nights can still purchase a minimum three-night play pass.

3 Nights: Friday- Monday
4 Nights: Monday-Friday
7 Nights; Saturday- Saturday

Getting here and away
With our location at Seton Sands Holiday Park (Links Road, Port Seton, EH32 0QF) families will find both car and public transport access super easy. If you’re driving, simply take the A1 → A198 (Bankton Junction) → B6371 → B1348 and we’re just 1 mile along on the right. If you prefer public transport, the bus stop’s just outside the park (e.g., route 26 to Edinburgh city centre) and Longniddry train station is only a short walk away — ideal if you’re coming without a car.
Whether you drive or take the train/bus, you’ll be relaxing with the kids on the beach or poolside in no time!

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

- Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement.

- A travel cot is made available upon request only.
