Perfect for 6 families, with the sofa bed extended.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are located downstairs. The living room has all the cosiness, warm blankets, game boards and 52 inches TV with top channels: Netflix and Amazon.

2 Bedrooms upstairs. Main room has the king's size bed, simple but welcoming. Other items are wardrobe, dressing table, ironing board and standing mirror.

Second room is fitted with 2 single beds, and a sliding door to provide maximum space.

Rear garden, is designed to provide an environment for relaxation. A wooden gazebo with flowery skyline roof, including a set of rattan chairs.

A park and the river Ouse are located at the back of the property, ideal for a morning stroll.

Main amenities are within walking distance. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk that takes you into the city. The Railway Museum is 15 minutes walk, train station and town centre are 30 minutes walk.
