As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the stylish
open-plan design of the space with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with
everything you need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering experience,
with a coffee nook and a coffee machine, as well as a front-loading
washing machine for added convenience.

The dining space features a sleek round dining table with comfy seating
for two, while the lounge is thoughtfully furnished with a L-shaped
sofa, a coffee table, and a TV cabinet housing a flatscreen television,
creating the perfect spot for entertaining. Sliding doors open onto the
balcony overlooking the lively Greenmarket Square with outdoor
furniture creating an intimate sitting area to enjoy a lovely cup of
coffee.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed with nightstands on
either side and a spacious wardrobe. The property also includes a
portable air conditioner and a fan for the hotter days in Cape Town.
The bathroom features a spacious shower, a washbasin with a vanity and

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 48 Shortmarket Street, Cape Town, 8001.

I loved staying at Greenmarket place. Everyone was very friendly. The apartment was very cute and felt like home. The cleaning staff was wonderful. They always sent a message the day before they were coming, so there was never a surprise. Greenmarket Square is busy and fairly noisy until about midnight, so I did need to sleep with the bedroom door shut. If you are sensitive to noise, you may not love it as much as I did.
