1st floor bedroom and bath - plus 2 on the 2nd floor!
Right in the center of Cleveland hts - and within 10 minutes of down town which includes university circle, Cleveland Clinic, Case Western, University Hospitals, Museums, stadiums and just about anywhere in the downtown area.
We've completely transformed this 3 bedroom Cape Cod .
The Interior space was completely rewired (which means grounded service and outlets for all your electronics), completely gutted and rebuilt the full and half baths, Kitchen was pulled apart down to the wood studs and rebuilt, and the hardwood floors were brought back to life with a sand and restain. Enjoy the comfort and security in knowing that the furnace and air conditioner as well as the hot water tank are NEW.
The interior space was furnished with all new everything (furniture and bedding). As well as all the pots and pans, dishes, silverware and miscellaneious cookware and iteninsels .
This home is located within walking distance to Lee road where they have our local Independent film movie theater, local bars, restaurants, wine and brew houses.
My wife and I live in Cleveland Hts and love all it has to offer so please feel free to reach out to us for more information on the home , neighborhood, or anything else related to your visit here in Cleveland .

Very nice house and accurately described in the listing. Close to many attractions, dining and entertainment. House is kept incredibly clean and Frank is very responsive to questions and assistance.

House was perfect fit.... FYI...bathroom on second floor actually in a bedroom making it difficult for another couple to access during the night... but was fine to go down when needed,.

The listing was everything it said it would be and more! The house was very clean and taken care of with wonderful towels/ linens/ bedding and accommodations. Cleveland museums, restaurants, and sights were fabulous. Loved our visit!

Nice property!
Really great property! Nice upgrades, nice neighborhood. Only improvement I'd like to see is another shower. We had 7 people and having omly one shower was a bit of an issue.
