Alles lief reibungslos, der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Funchal war wunderbar. Selbst ohne Auto, war dank der vielen Busverbindungen, unten an der Straße, die Verbindung zum Hafen von Funchal in 25 Min. möglich. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist Fussläufig entfernt. Hunde sollte man mögen, da jeder Nachbar einen hat und alle Tag und Nacht ohne Unterlass bellen.
