This place was gorgeously decorated and super clean. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and timely. Accessing the property was easy. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to get away from the noise, but yet be generally close to the busyness of London.

My group (of 8 adults) had an amazing stay. The property was conveniently located, clean, and had everything we needed for our 6-day stay. Tom was excellent - very responsive whenever I had any issues or questions about the property or the area. He was quite helpful and kind. I would stay there again 100%.

Enjoyed this quiet flat in Queen's Park, London, for a girls' trip. We had lots of space and were within a nice walk of Notting Hill and Portobello Street. The walk to the tube can be tricky for those with large amounts of luggage if you do not have a car. We were there during the European heat wave and appreciated the fans in this non-AC flat. Tom was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back.

The apartment was beautifully maintained and spotless, which we really appreciated. It felt very cosy and well thought out. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were modern, and the location was excellent. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free.A well-kept, stylish apartment in a fantastic location — we’d be more than happy to stay here again.

We were a group of 6 adults traveling on vacation. We stayed here as it was a good location for 1 night in London. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Underground station, as well as shops and restaurants. The place is large and easily accommodated our group. The reason for not giving a 5 star review is the bathrooms. The half bathroom on the 1st floor has no mirror, which made it more difficult for 6 people to make use of that bathroom to get ready. The bathroom on the second floor had challenges to turn the water off. Half our group could not turn the water off without a struggle. That left the bathroom rug wet; which was wet when we checked in. I would suggest they use bath mats rather than a rug. The unit did not have air conditioning, which I assume most don’t, however it was warm in London which made the 2nd and 3rd floors quite warm during our stay. Other than that, everything was great.

We’ll also have our maintenance team check the second-floor bathroom tap to ensure it is operating as it should, as well as review your feedback regarding the bath mat. As noted in our listing, the property does not have air conditioning, although we appreciate that London was particularly warm during your stay. We had a lovely stay! The apartment was so nice and absolutely spotless with all the amenities we could have needed. Tom was a lovely host with good communication. The only bit of feedback I would have is the front door lock being a little bit temperamental but apart from that everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
