One of the bedrooms has a comfortable double bed, another has two single beds, and the third has a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort during the warmest months.



The accommodation has 2 bathrooms with shower, private garden, outdoor furniture, fenced plot, WiFi, private pool and outdoor parking within the premises.



The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is fully equipped. Ideal for preparing meals and enjoying them with family both inside and on the terrace.



Thanks to its location, the villa offers easy access to the centre of Alcúdia, its sandy beaches, the charming old town and a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets and local shops. In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax is paid, called the Ecotax, for each guest over 16 years old.

From 1 November to 30 April: 0.55 €



From 1 May to 31 October: £2.20

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.

The Ecotax can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.
