The house has a spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas to relax with the natural light coming in through the large window and a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary needs.

Villa Alcanada 1 offers 4 cosy bedrooms, including one with en-suite bathroom and private terrace, your awakenings will be magical. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed, two have double beds and the last one has two single beds.
Located just 20 metres from the beautiful coves of and a short distance from Puerto de Alcudia, known for its leisure activities and restaurants, this house is the ideal starting point to explore the area without worrying about anything. At 850m you will find the beach of Alcanada known for its famous lighthouse island and the Alcanada Golf Club.

Beautiful property with fantastic pool
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The location was great with an amazing view of the sea. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed, and was very accommodating of our 1 year old with a cot and high chair. We hired stair gates so that we could relax a bit while the little one ran around - Ideal Property Mallorca were very responsive and helpful in providing recommendations for this. We spent every day in the pool! The sun lounge area and the outdoor seating area above were great for this. Parking was also super easy, and we felt very secure with the gated driveway. We look forward to our next visit! Nothing

Very nice house in Alcanada
The views from the terrace and the master bedroom. Small bedrooms and bathrooms (except masterbedroom). We really missed a better dining table outside for 8 people. The entrance through the garage was tricky with a large car.

Villa with amazing views and great pool
The villa was stunning! Equipped with everything you could possibly need. The sea views from both balconies were fantastic. We all enjoyed the swimming pool. It was a good size as well. Not too cold either! There is plenty to do in Mallorca so would recommend a car to get about the island. We had a fantastic holiday. Couldn't fault the villa and Ideal Property Mallorca were excellent hosts. Always responsive and friendly. We'd definitely come back!!!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hell.
Das Haus ist sehr schön und hell. Der Pool ist groß und sehr sauber, leider hat das Poollicht nicht richtig funktioniert, die Besitzer sind jedoch extra vorbeikommen um es neu einzustellen, sodass es zumindest zeitweise geleuchtet hat. Man kann zu Fuß in ca. 3 min das Meer erreichen und dort von den Steinen aus Baden. Zum Strand sind es ca 10 min und zum Hafen in Alcudia Dauert es ca. 30 min. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es hat alles funktioniert. Würden wiederkommen!
