Villa Milicia is a detached holiday home for exclusive use located in Altavilla Milicia. It is a 20-minute drive from Palermo and 30 minutes from Cefalù, a strategic location for exploring much of Sicily. This newly built villa is equipped with every comfort and sleeps a total of 14 guests—10 in the first-floor bedrooms and 4 on the ground floor—and is laid out as follows: - 1st Bedroom: double bed. - 2nd Bedroom: double bed and 2 single beds. - 3rd Bedroom: double bed and bunk beds. - Living Room: 2 double sofa beds. Each bedroom features comfortable memory foam beds, a 32" smart TV, a desk, and a terrace with views of the sea and mountains. On the ground floor of Villa Milicia, there is a large open-concept living room and kitchen featuring a fully equipped kitchen, two sofas, and a 50-inch smart TV. Every room is air-conditioned and heated. There are two spacious bathrooms, one on each floor. Outdoor amenities include a modern 8x4 pool with LED lighting, 6 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a garden, flower beds with various types of trees and plants, a built-in barbecue for your grilling sessions, 2 small seating areas, a hammock, a hanging chair, a covered and furnished porch for outdoor dining, a children’s play area, and parking for up to 5 cars. You’ll have everything you need—and more—to enjoy a relaxing holiday!

Located in a new and quiet residential area consisting solely of villas. Beautiful location with a sea view; the nearest beach is a 5-minute drive away. A 15-minute walk will take you to the enchanting Grotta Mazzamuto nature reserve. The villa is served by delivery services from restaurants, pizzerias, chicken shops, rotisseries, and more. The town centre is a 5-minute drive away, where you’ll find breakfast spots and aperitifs with panoramic views at the belvedere, as well as supermarkets, bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and more. A 10-minute drive away, you can rent a boat or inflatable dinghy for your sea excursions. Before booking, please note that a car is required to reach the villa. Alternatively, a paid shuttle/taxi service is available, or you can take the train, though the station is about a 30-minute walk away.
