This one-of-a-kind Spanish Revival is situated in the southern-most part of Buckhead, one of the most expensive zip codes in Atlanta. In addition to having the convenience of a two-car garage, the backyard is cute, and the front porch affords great privacy. Peachtree Battle & Habersham Rd.


We have 5 televisions and internet of course. There is a 2 car garage. We love the layout and generous flow of the house. It is approx 3500 square feet.Buckhead is known for many multi-million dollar estate homes. Most of the houses on the street are $2M+.

The most amazing part is that you are only 2-3 blocks from Peachtree Road and that has all the shopping/dining you might enjoy.

Why they chose this property

There’s just so much to do whether you love culture – museums, galleries, theater, music, nightclubs – or are drawn to more outdoor activities like hiking, biking, strolling through historic districts and/or checking out all the modern marvels. And it’s family friendly as well – zoos, children’s museums, and the Georgia Aquarium.

The neighborhood is full of tree lined streets with some of the most beautiful architecture you've ever seen. Fantastic for a 5 minute walk to shops/restaurants. There are also lots of opportunities to cycle and run.

The neighborhood is "Peachtree Heights West" but if you tell any locals, just say you're staying at Habersham and Peachtree Battle.
