Built in 2020, this beautiful designer house is packed with farm house charm and modern style. Bright, open, airy and wrapped in shiplap throughout the house, you will feel right at home with it’s 4 private bedrooms and 2 gorgeously designed bathrooms. My daughters and I came down to Atlanta from Minnesota, for my niece’s wedding. The house was in the perfect location for the church, grooms dinner and reception, all within about 3 miles. In the short time we were there, we visited many restaurants that were very close to the house. The house was perfect for the three of us and I may use it the next time I come down to visit my niece.

Great stay. Convenient location. Perfect for my mom’s 65th birthday weekend. Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion. Adding blinds to the house…but mainly in the front bedroom and the toilet room. I REALLY LOVE THIS HOME!

Wonderful accommodations

The house is well appointed with everything needed for a home away from home. It is spacious, has lovely decor, and everything was working. It is in a good location though on a busy street.

Great Stay

I’m extremely thankful for my stay. We had more than enough room for family game night, and space for those that wanted quiet space. I would have like to had more trash bags and tissue available for the size of our group, but overall this is a wonderful place and is minutes from everything I would recommend HiSweetTea to anyone at anytime!!!!!!

Over great experience and location is ideal on the upper west side. Newly remodeled. Only observation was there were a number of minor maintenance issues for a home this new. Reported them to the PM. Hopefully addressed for the next guests

Beautiful Home in Great Location!!!

Our stay at this beautiful home was Awesome! Definitely will stay again and highly recommend to others! The host was very pleasant and helpful from the beginning. She answered my questions prior to booking to ensure the home was accessible for my adult son who is in a wheelchair. The home accommodated all of my son's needs which was great! When we entered the home, we were greeted with beautiful soft digital music playing. The home was beautifully decorated, roomy and clean! The location was the best! There are many delicious restaurants, shopping centers and Atlanta's best Attractions in close proximity to the home! The only thing I would recommend is upgrading the cookware/pots/ pans, larger bowls and dishcloths. Otherwise, we had a great stay and plan to revisit!

Family Friendly Stay

My family and I recently stayed at the Sweet Tea cottage while visiting Atlanta for my brother's graduation. The space in the house/room setup was perfect for us as it was my husband and I, my 4 year old, 2 year old, and my parents. We all fit very comfortably with each of the kids having their own room. The front room was the perfect setup for anyone looking to work remotely. Shakib and Kashfia were incredibly accommodating. I communicated with Kashfia before the trip to confirm if a pack and play was available in the home. She said yes so we did not pack one. When we arrived in the home, I was not able to locate the pack and play. I immediately sent Kashfia a note and she called me right away to let me know someone would be bringing it by. The house had enough kitchen cookware/utensils to get by as we did cook breakfast every morning, but this could certainly be improved. There are plenty of amazing restaurants nearby as well if you don't intend on cooking. The home is in a perfect location as we visited the Georgia Aquarium, Children's Museum, and World of Coke during our stay. The Zoo and the Botanical Gardens were also on our list but we ended up running out of time - still a great location if you plan on visiting these attractions though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% book again if visiting the area in the future.
