The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, electric cooktop, microwave, kettle, extractor hood, and refrigerator with freezer.

The house is located only 500 meters from the sea, just a short walk from the well-known Stella Maris tourist complex, where you can enjoy beautiful beaches and services, all within walking distance.

*We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest hours, - for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the accommodation's equipment with care, - to empty waste containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to report any damage caused to the owner; after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the key handover.
*The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of the stay.
