Villa Ses Arcades has superb sea views over Porto Petro Marina from the first floor. This impressive 3 bedroom villa has a spacious and light interior, a wonderful private pool and 2 outdoor dining areas. Ideally located in the chic area of Cala Egos, close to the centre of Cala D'or, you’ll find the local beach, restaurants and shops all within a 20 minute walk from your villa. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and the lounge are included.
Villa Ses Arcades is located in an exclusive residential area of Cala D'or known as Cala Egos, between Porto Petro and the centre of Cala D'or itself. The area's beautiful sandy beach, as well as a number of shops and places to eat, can all be found within a short 20 minute walk. The chic marina is also nearby and is well worth a visit, easily accessible by car or within a short trip on the tourist train. You’ll find a choice of restaurants where you can enjoy some delicious, fresh seafood while admiring the boats bobbing on the water.
Main pool: 9.5 x 4 mtr, 1.1 - 1.8 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
