Nestled in the charming resort of Cala D’or, Villa Juan has a superb central location just 5 minutes’ walk from the chic marina, lined with waterfront restaurants and cafes. The picturesque Cala d’es Pou Beach is also just 15 minutes’ stroll away – perfect for lazy days on the sand. Back at the villa, this semi-detached property offers 3 inviting bedrooms and a private pool set in an attractive terrace. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Juan has a fantastic central location in the wonderful resort of Cala D’Or. Just a 5 minute stroll will bring you to the beautiful marina, with a fabulous collection of restaurants, bars and cafes to discover. Dine alfresco and enjoy delicious seafood while watching the boats bob on the water. The sandy Cala d’es Pou Beach is 15 minute walk away, with sunbeds to hire plus a snack bar. If you’d rather not walk, the mini road train is a great way to explore the resort centre and surrounding areas.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
