The large glass doors flood the space with light and open to a huge private terrace with a private outdoor saltwater swimming pool (74.50sqm and 1.50m depth) the pool is available from April to October, sunbeds, outdoor sofas, a BBQ area, and a lush garden with palm trees and flowers. Every bedroom has a balcony with sea views, and the master suite offers a massive terrace perfect for sunset relaxation.
Villa Thealon is ideal for families or groups seeking privacy, luxury, and easy access to Cretes best beaches like Balos, Falassarna, and Elafonissi. The caring host is always available to assist. Experience the perfect Cretan getaway in a villa designed for unforgettable memories.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night from April to October and 4€ per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
