- On the first floor is the first double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lake.
- The second floor features the master bedroom with a freestanding bathtub and en-suite bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet, and a balcony overlooking the lake.

The relaxing outdoor area, bordering a walking path along the shores of the lake, boasts a green garden with sun loungers around the cute swimming pool, ideal for refreshing dips, and a dining area under a gazebo with tables and chairs.

The Casa Melete is situated in the picturesque Sala Comacina, a timeless village made up of a handful of colorful fisherman houses, and within walking distance of a few restaurants and a ferry station. It is one of the most sought-after areas of Lake Como, ideally located centrally of the lake so you can easily visit and discover all the wonderful sights and attractions around. You’ll find many typical Italian boutiques and excellent local trattorias nearby. Hop on a ferry and explore the enchanted Como lake towns of Bellagio, Varenna, and much much more.

- One parking spot is available at a nearby hotel at 100m from the house.

- A walking path, accessible from the garden, runs along the lake towards a little beach and the village center.
