About this property

Grand Glenluce, by Veeve

An impressive detached Georgian family home in the heart of Blackheath’s Westcombe Park Conservation Area. The house is just a 7 minute walk from Westcombe Park Station, where fast trains whisk you to London Bridge in 12 minutes and Cannon Street in 19. Perfectly positioned for weekend walks across Blackheath or leisurely strolls into historic Greenwich to explore the Royal Observatory, Cutty Sark and Greenwich Park.

Spanning approximately 460 square meters, this magnificent home blends period elegance with modern luxury across five bedrooms, multiple reception spaces and beautifully designed entertaining areas. High-speed 1Gb Wi-Fi, Sonos, Sky, AppleTV, Netflix and Amazon Prime run throughout.

Enter into a grand hallway. To the right is a double reception room with large dining table, piano and comfortable sofas. Opposite sits an impressive cinema room with plush seating and a full-size screen. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, leading down to a relaxed dining and family area with sofa and TV. Sliding glass doors open onto a raised balcony overlooking the garden. Here you will find an outdoor Wolf kitchen and a two-tiered garden with access to the basement games room, complete with a 4-hole artificial grass putting green, to practice your golf putting!

A guest loo is located off the hallway, along with stairs down to a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer.

Up on the first floor are four generous bedrooms: three super-king rooms (all with TVs and one with an en-suite bath and shower) plus a twin bedroom. The family bathroom offers a bath, separate walk-in shower and a separate loo.

The entire top floor forms a luxury principal suite with master Emperor-sized bedroom, large marble bathroom with double sinks, bath and separate shower, and a dedicate gym with cross trainer, a Peloton and weights. The master bedroom is air conditioned and there is a lovely balcony which completes this upper level.

Additional features include underfloor heating throughout, high pressure showers and panel-controlled heating in each room.
