A gorgeously furnished dog friendly cottage, in a peaceful courtyard setting

Tucked away in a peaceful courtyard in Burnham Market, Cooper's Cottage is a beautifully furnished cottage which can accommodate up to four guests for a tranquil escape, exploring the best that North Norfolk has to offer. Just a short walk away from the centre of the village, visitors can explore boutique shops, cosy cafes, and the renowned Hoste Arms.



Upon entering, guests are welcomed to a cosy and inviting atmosphere, with plenty of space in the entrance porch to store coats and muddy wellies after a day of exploring.



An open-plan, L-shaped living, kitchen and dining space offers plush furnishings and natural décor, creating a calming atmosphere. Guests can unwind on the comfortable sofas, enjoy the warmth of a wood burner and some entertainment on the SMART TV or the games provided.



A fully equipped kitchen offers a tiled floor with under-floor heating, as well as stylish granite worktops and an electric range cooker. With plenty of other amenities including a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine, guests can cook up a storm or start the day with a hearty breakfast. A ground floor cloakroom provides the added convenience of a washing machine and dryer.



An adjacent dining area provides a relaxing setting for guests to enjoy their meals, with patio doors offering lovely views of the peaceful garden.



Should you wish to indulge in some al fresco dining there is outdoor seating out on the patio and that all important BBQ for the warmer months. It's also the perfect spot to enjoy your welcome bottle of Prosecco and watch the sunset.



Upstairs, the first-floor features two elegantly designed bedrooms, each providing a comfortable and stylish space to snuggle into at the end of the evening:



Bedroom 1: King-size bed with a comfy organic mattress. Ensuite with a shower.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed which can be split into a twin upon request. Ensuite bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower.
A travel cot can be provided upon request, but guests are advised to bring their own bedding. A highchair and stair gate can also be made available.



Guests are provided with linen and towels to you through their stay.



Things to know about the property…



The property is pet-friendly and welcomes up to 3 well-behaved dogs but please note that fees apply. £20 per week/part week for one dog, £30 for two dogs and £40 for three dogs. Dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
There are two designated parking spaces at Coopers Cottage.
A starter pack of logs, firelighters and kindling are provided upon arrival.
A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided



Cooper's Cottage is ideally located for exploring the stunning North Norfolk coast, with the sandy beaches of Brancaster, Holkham, and Wells-next-the-Sea just a short drive away. Whether enjoying scenic walks, birdwatching, or indulging in the local culinary delights, the cottage serves as a perfect base for a memorable stay.
