“Vista Mar” - Enjoy fabulous sea views from this 1-bedroom apartment on the top floor in Costa Teguise.
The apartment itself has been completely renovated to a high standard. There is a fully equipped kitchen for those who wish to cater for themselves. A spacious balcony to enjoy alfresco dining with beautiful views of the ocean and the promenade. Direct access on to the pomade. Playa Bastain beach is a short walk along the prom heading into town or take the other direction up past the King's House, to the village of Las Caletas or on into Arrecife lanzarotes capital with its vast array of shops bars and restaurants and not forgeting Arrecife marina.
Its a five minute walk feom the apartment complex to the nearest supermarket, bars and large variety of restaurants.
The complex itself offers a quiet relaxing base for those who enjoy a bit of calm at the end of the day. The complex has 2 amazing communal pools for guesta to use, one of which is directly infront of the apartment. Both have sunbeds and parasols provided for guests to use.

Our property is one of the few properties that has a real uninterrupted ocean view. The Balcony is covered so you can enjoy the view even at the hottest parts of the day whilst still allowing you to bask in the sunshine.
