The apartment was totally renovated in April 2024, it enjoys a lot of light, both due to the position and the many windows in the house, including the bathroom. The house consists of a bright living room which includes a long equipped kitchenette, a relaxation area with two armchairs and a coffee table, a small equipped wall, a table with 2 chairs. From the living room you can access the bedroom, the bathroom and finally the mezzanine, via 4 steps. The terrace is shared and is equipped with a table and chairs for exclusive use, plus a fountain. The bedroom guarantees a peaceful sleep, as it is equipped with a high quality mattress; Rattan wardrobe and bedside tables, air conditioning, ceiling fan..
