Terrace on 2 seas Ortigia is an exclusive place for the sea view, being located at the tip of the island of Ortigia. From here you can admire both the sunrise and the sunset. The apartment was totally renovated in April 2024, it enjoys a lot of light, both due to the position and the many windows in the house, including the bathroom. The house consists of a bright living room which includes a long equipped kitchenette, a relaxation area with two armchairs and a coffee table, a small equipped wall, a table with 2 chairs. From the living room you can access the bedroom, the bathroom and finally the mezzanine, via 4 steps. The terrace is shared and is equipped with a table and chairs for exclusive use, plus a fountain. The bedroom guarantees a peaceful sleep, as it is equipped with a high quality mattress; Rattan wardrobe and bedside tables, air conditioning, ceiling fan.. City Tax: 4.0 % per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
