Well... at Naveta you have the ideal location to do both as the gorgeous white sand beach of Cala Sa Nau is only 400m away from the pool terrace! Dip your toes in the gentle blue waters of this family-friendly cove, enjoy a cool drink or light lunch at the beach bar, perhaps a little snooze or another few chapters from the holiday novel... whatever takes your fancy this environment is a little slice of Mallorcan paradise!
Sitting on the country lane leading directly to Cala Sa Nau, this wonderfully located, single storey house is fringed by mature pines and shrubs within its own established grounds.

A lovely choice for couples or a family, the traditional and simply styled interior is well proportioned with a pleasant living area, particularly spacious country kitchen, three classically furnished bedrooms with either a double or twin beds and two bathrooms. Air conditioning, whitewashed walls and terracotta floor tiles help freshen and cool the interior when summer temperatures are at their peak.

An irresistible invitation to bask in the warm Mediterranean sun, mature grounds fringe the sparkling pool and terrace with tall trees offering natural shade. To one side of the house, also conveniently accessed from the kitchen, the covered terrace has an in-built BBQ, dining table and ping pong... surely all the ingredients needed for some fine meals after a bit of friendly competition!

A feature of the scenic eastern coastline, numerous small coves and sandy beaches ranging from the tiny and quiet (Cala Mitjana 1.9km) to bustling and lively (Cala Marcal 9.2km) can be found within easy distance of Naveta. Fishing trips, boat hire, scuba and other water sports are all available at various times over the season.

Cala Ferrera (3km) has a popular beach and cocktail bar as well as several restaurants while the sleepy village of S’Horta (3.5km) has two minimarkets, cafes, banks, a couple of casual eateries and a Saturday morning, fresh produce market in front of the church. With all amenities, three cove beaches, a swish marina and a vast range of restaurants suitable for all tastes and budgets, nearby Cala d/Or (4.3km) is considered one of the most family-friendly towns on Mallorca.

Air conditioning usage is on a timer (12hrs per day).
