Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and cable television, while a baby crib and a highchair are available on request. The highlight of the apartment is the large sun terrace with seating furniture, deck chairs and great views over the marina and the bay. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the sun or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the barbecue. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants can be reached on foot within 1-3 minutes, and the marina is located just across the street. The nearest sandy beach is a 14-minute walk (1 km) from the penthouse. After a 7-minute drive (3.5 km) to the neighboring town of Cala d’Or, you will find many cafés, bars and restaurants along the scenic marina and coves. From the property, it is a 13-minute drive (10 km) to Santanyí, and Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 60-minute drive (62 km), while the airport is a 50-minute drive (54 km) away.
