Bedroom 1 - Equipped with Kingsize Bed, Built in Wardrobe and En suite Shower Room. Wall mounted TV :

Bedroom 2 - Equipped with changeable bed formation (can be 2 x singles, or 1 king size) Please inform us UPON BOOKING how you would like the beds to be made up. We cannot guarantee bed set ups for same day bookings but there will always be sufficient linen for guests to change the formation should they require.

Bathroom - with Bath and electric shower over, WC and Basin.

Living Room - with Large Sofa, TV, Dining Table & Chairs with large Balcony doors (locked) which gives plenty of natural light .

Kitchen - well-equipped kitchen with microwave, washer/dryer machine etc

Guests have full use of the apartment, but as it is located on the 4th floor we have made the decision to keep the balcony area locked for safety reasons

Please note that for instant/same-day bookings with late notice we may not be able to change bed formations. However, this is simple to do and there will be spare linen available should you wish to change them

The property is located opposite Exeter Prison. It’s right in the city centre and minutes walk from the High Street, Central Train Station and Bus Station
