This beautifully appointed and fully furnished home sits in the hills of the Dry CreekValley.
The private estate is securely located on 20 acres in a gated winery community with gorgeous mountain, vineyard and pond views. You will find plenty of room on the patio to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding this lovely home. The furniture collection comes from Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn with antiques from Hong Kong and Europe.
The Chefs Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a Wolf gas cooktop, double convection oven and extra deep stainless steel farm sink. The cabinets are stocked with All-Clad cookware, Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart food processor and many other chefs essentials. The dining cabinets include fine table linens, flatware, stemware and china.
Laundry is easier with a built in laundry shoot and energy efficient washer and dryer. The large laundry room also offers storage cabinets, large sink and a built in ironing board.
All four bedrooms (1 king, 3 Queens) provide a heavenly bed with down comforters and pillows. The three bathrooms have beautiful carrara marble, custom cabinets and a jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom.
Both the Front Room and Great Room have cozy wood fireplaces and comfy seating with lots of pillows and throw blankets.
