Villa Costabella is a modern villa located only 2 km from Posedarje and 25 km from Zadar. It is located in a quiet location, which is the perfect place to escape from the busy lifestyle where you will rest your body and soul. The distance from the sea is 30 m, and the nearest equipped beach is only 80 m away. You will enjoy a panoramic view of the Novigrad Sea and the beautiful landscape. The villa is ready to open its doors for a maximum of 10, and optimally 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which have double beds, while the remaining two each have two single beds that can be joined together. Also, each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a TV. Two additional guests can be accommodated on two extra beds in the living room.

On the ground floor there is a beautifully decorated living room that includes a sofa, coffee table and TV. There is of course a spacious dining room with seating and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your favorite meals for family and friends.

The outdoor terrace will delight you the most because it offers you the opportunity to enjoy the 21 m2 heated pool, and you can also use the outdoor jacuzzi. Sun loungers and parasols are at your disposal. There is also an outdoor dining table on the terrace overlooking the sea, where you will certainly enjoy summer evenings.

Fans of an active holiday will be able to enjoy using the gym, which contains several basic exercise equipment. For children, outdoor games such as volleyball or badminton with associated courts are provided, as well as a children's play room inside the villa. Adults will play billiards.

The villa has three large terraces: the front one with parasols and sun loungers, the roof one with garden furniture and the back one with sun loungers so you can sunbathe all day.
