There was a glitch with the check in process. However, Genesis rectified it as quickly as possible and made sure I was compensated for the issue. Life isn't always perfect which we expect while traveling. It is the manner in which the issues are handled and resolved that make the difference. Genesis was amazing, no, beyond amazing, at how she handled everything. It's a fabulous location for being central and close to restaurants, shopping and everything you need. Highly recommend. Panama City is a fabulous place to visit.
