Villa Monterray is a very private, one-of-a-kind, spacious, beachfront villa, with access via a private gate to the famous boardwalk and Royal Beach.
FRONTLINE BEACH PROPERTY…
Villa Monterray is a very private, one-of-a-kind, spacious, beachfront villa, with access via a private gate to the famous boardwalk and Royal Beach. Along the boardwalk, the Puerto de Cabopino is a 20-minute walk, with a lovely selection of “chiringuitos” along the way. The villa has outstanding panoramic views of the Mediterranean and on a clear day, even views of the African Coast and Gibraltar. The view never tires. Every morning when you brew yourself a fresh coffee and step out onto the warm tiles of the huge front terrace, the view of that deep blue water, the smell of the sea air and the sound of the waves crashing on the shores below is the most energising experience to start your day on the Costa Del Sol. The only problem is you’ll never want to leave!
The house is accessed by a quaint, private entrance with secure, automatic gates which lead on to a warm cobbled driveway which takes you directly up to the private parking at the front of the house. When you first arrive, you find yourself captivated by the views and the perfectly groomed garden with a full array of colourful flowers, emitting a wonderful mix of tropical aromas. The exterior of the house maintains traditional Andalusian aspects with terracotta and pastel colours, whilst the interior mixes both traditional, rustic features with modern design and subtle splashes of colour.
It has recently undergone a substantial refurbishment and the results are impressive. It is extremely spacious, light and airy and the largely open-plan design maximises the wonderful views. It has a large living area and an amazing open-plan bar area with built-in fridges. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen, opening onto a lovely dining area. It also has a courtyard patio, a peaceful garden and a private swimming pool with optional heating. The front terrace offers both an uncovered seating area and a covered area with a large table for those long lunches with uninterrupted views out to the ocean. The pool is accessed via the front terrace. There is an additional large terrace on the first floor.
