Phoenix Lodge at Holmewood Lakes in Yarm, Durham, sleeps two guests in one bedroom.
Phoenix Lodge consists of an open-plan living space with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and dining seating. The sitting area includes a Smart TV and comfortable seating. The king-size bedroom is serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a decked area with furniture and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for one car just a short walk from the lodge. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Carp fishing free of charge to guests. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. All of this awaits at Phoenix Lodge, a fantastic base for exploring Yarm and beyond. Note: there is a Good Housekeeping bond of 150GBP
