About this property
Green Balk Cottage, Great Broughton, Yorkshire
A welcoming dog friendly retreat for two, Green Balk Cottage in Great Broughton rests at both the foothills of the Cleveland Hills and gateway to the North York Moors National Park, offering comfort and cosiness alongside views towards Roseberry Topping, just perfect after a day well spent exploring this wonderful part of Yorkshire.
Accessed via a private driveway, the entrance hallway, ideal for muddy boots and wet coats leads to; a spacious fully fitted kitchen, cloakroom and delightful sitting room with wood burning stove, stylish sofa and dining area for two. The stairway leads up to the Master bedroom and luxury shower room boasting spectacular views towards Roseberry Topping and Captain Cook's Monument - the perfect view whilst having a lazy morning cuppa in bed.
