Our stay was amazing we relaxed in the sauna and hot tub overall we had a really good day and enjoyed ourselves.

While we are pleased that the property met your expectations, we are deeply disappointed by the lack of care and respect shown to our home during your stay. The following issues were identified after your departure: Occupancy breach: At least 13 adults were present at the property, exceeding the maximum occupancy of 11. Jacuzzi misuse: Eight people used the six-person jacuzzi at the same time, resulting in significant water spillage across the patio and down the driveway. Noise violation: Loud music was played until after 12:30 am, despite the clearly stated 10:00 pm quiet-hours curfew in our guidebook, out of respect for our neighbours. Furniture moved: Furniture was moved between rooms without permission, including a settee. Hygiene issues: Used sanitary towels and nappies were left on the bathroom floor next to the bin. Bathrooms left unsanitary: Vomit was left unflushed in the toilets, creating strong odours. Hidden waste: Rubbish was deliberately stuffed behind furniture and hidden inside drawers. Patio contamination: Faeces and/or vomit was left by the jacuzzi and on the patio, along with additional used sanitary towels. Kitchen condition: The kitchen was left in a very dirty state, with spilled food throughout and no attempt made to clean it. Waste disposal: Full rubbish bags were left inside the kitchen, despite external bins being available next to the parked vehicles. Security concerns: Windows were left wide open after departure, potentially compromising property security and insurance coverage. Rear patio door left open: The 3-metre rear patio door was also left wide open after departure, further compromising security. Bedroom damage risk: Bedside lamps were left on top of beds, creating a fire and damage risk. Items displaced: Dressing-table items were left scattered on the floor. As a result of the above, the property required over eight hours of additional cleaning to restore it to a suitable condition for incoming guests. Fortunately, the following day was not booked; otherwise, we would have been forced to cancel the next reservation due to the extent of the cleaning required.
