The ground floor features a guest bedroom with ensuite and patio access. Upstairs, each bedroom is carefully styled for comfort, and the top-floor master suite offers a luxurious retreat with a private balcony and panoramic views.

You’ll find:

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
- We require guests to provide a security deposit of £200. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
- The deposit is fully refundable after check‑out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
- Upsells such as early check‑in, late check‑out, and add‑on packages are available to enhance your stay. Please note that all upsells are non‑refundable once booked.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

This is a residential home, please be respectful. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Excessive noise may result in booking cancellation.

Check-in and check-out times must be followed. Late check-in or check-out of up to 2 hours may be available for £40, subject to availability and confirmation after booking.

A £200 security deposit is required before the check-in code is released via a secure third-party platform after booking confirmation. The deposit will be returned 3 days after checkout. Any damage to the property will be charged to the lead guest.
