Stunning 2025 swift Bordeaux static caravan in the heart of Weat Sussex, on Haven Church Farm holiday village. Scenic surroundings and historical buildings amongst other okaces to visit. Pagham beach within walking distance. Local to convenience stores and lovely pubs and restaurants. Amenities on Haven site include a show bar,restaurant, take away, inside & outside pools plus activities for children and adults. Please note play passes need to be bought through Haven.
The property has three bedrooms, one with en suite wc. Double bedroom with storage and smart tv. Linen provided.Fully fitted kitchen with appliances and dining table/chairs. Living area with smart tv and separate dvd player. WiFi provided by Haven. Patio doors leading to uvpc patio with table and chairs.Shower in main bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Walking distance to main entertainment venue.The harbour is adjacent to the back of caravan with local walking paths around the coastline. Please buy play passes from main reception

SUPER clean accommodations. Very responsive and awesome host. There were no bed sheets, pillow cases, duvet's, towels, hand towels, or more than one role of toilet paper provided. Only body wash was provided. No shampoo or conditioner. The address on the Vrbo site might be wrong so confirm with host. So, more of a know before you go situation where it helps to know that this is a holiday camp deal where the usual guests bring most of those things, as I was told.We are international guests from Colorado and had never done that experience before. We stayed for Goodwood Festival of Speed. So, if you are international, let the host know, or know you will be purchasing those items. Overall, great place, very quiet. Experiance was more akin to an RV park at a national park in the USA, SO very nice friendly quiet experience with good water pressure (hot water included). 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. one master bedroom. 2 smaller rooms with2 twin beds each. HONESTLY, excellent stay and my family wants to stay again.

Why they chose this property

The area of West Sussex is absolutely stunning with so much history and landmarks. Apparently it’s the only part of the country to get the most sunny weather in all of England…
The beaches are stunning and the surrounding areas are a must to visit.

What makes this property unique

Our 3 bedroom caravan sleeps up to 8 people and is like a home from home. Fully fitted integrated kitchen. Cozy living area and comfortable beds to say the least.
