Enjoy a luxurious experience in this centrally located accommodation. Situated 200 meters from Torrecilla Beach and 400 meters from the center of Nerja.

Beautiful private house distributed over two floors and terraces.

On the ground floor, you'll find a lovely, well-maintained terrace with a barbecue. Inside, there's a large kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and an interior patio.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

On the top floor, there's a large, sunny terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.

There's free Wi-Fi, air conditioning (cooling for summer and heating for winter), and ceiling fans. There's an air conditioning unit in the stairwell that serves the entire house; the bedrooms and kitchen have ceiling fans.

Central location, very close to the beach and all kinds of shops.

A car isn't necessary to get around town or the beach.
