Hosting a party will result in immediate removal from the property by security and no refund. Your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards the extra costs of removal. This apartment is in a quiet area, so quiet hours after 10 p.m. must be respected.

A cleaning charge from £250 will be applied through Airbnb if evidence of smoking is found indoors, to cover cleaning costs and potential long-lasting damage.

Any loud music, parties, or indoor smoking will result in immediate removal from the accommodation. These are monitored via noise and air detection systems located in the house.

❌ No Pets Allowed

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in this property. Bringing an animal inside will result in immediate removal from the accommodation and no refund.
A cleaning and damage fee from £300 may be charged through Airbnb if evidence of pets is found (fur, odour, stains, or damage).
