Beautiful all white Provencal house, facing the sea with private access to the beach. Ideally located facing the Gulf of St Tropez, in a secure estate with gate and caretaker, it will allow you to spend a pleasant family holiday. With an area of 140 m2, it offers a beautiful terrace with pool, 5 bedrooms including one exclusively for teenagers and 4 bathrooms (one with bath and shower, 3 with showers).
The space
It consists of a living room with a lounge area and a large dining table, a master suite with dressing, bathroom (shower and bathtub) and wc, a bedroom with its private bathroom and a bedroom for teenagers with bunk beds. There is another bathroom. And an independent toilet. Upstairs, a large bedroom with its private shower room, will offer you a splendid view of the Gulf. Facing south, you can enjoy a large terrace with patio to have your lunches facing the pool and a pleasant garden.
THE HOUSE IS MADE FOR 8 ADULTS WITH 2 TEENAGERS OR FOR 9 ADULTS.
ALL RESERVATIONS FOR 10 ADULTS WILL BE REFUSED.
