The following strict House Rules apply: - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am - No parties or antisocial behaviour - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval - No smoking is allowed at any times - If you break something, please let us know - To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property - Pets are allowed upon request, Please note that an additional cleaning fee of AUD 200 will apply for stays with pets. - No skateboards or scooters allowed within the building premises including parking lot Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police. J'ai récemment séjourné dans l'unité stunning de 3 chambres au premier étage près de l'océan et c'était une excellente expérience, La climatisation gardait l'endroit frais, ce qui était un soulagement après une journée à la plage, La cuisine était entièrement équipée, ce qui facilitait la préparation des repas, De plus, avoir un lave-vaisselle était un bon point, Le patio était parfait pour déguster un café le matin, Dans l'ensemble, un choix solide pour une escapade à la plage !
