The apartment is a great place to stay. It is very comfortable and well set out. The kitchen has everything you need. The area is also great with a supermarket downstairs and access to shops and restaurants both downstairs and across the street. The only downside was I blindly followed the Google Maps link after picking up the keys and it took us to the back of the building with no access. Once we worked out the actual entrence we had a great stay. We will be back.

Exception sized property for a couple and extremely well equipped

Beautiful property, well equipped with ammenities, however could done with a milk frother for the coffee machine and some complimentary sugar.Check in location was not so easy via maps and finding our car park was in the complex was not as easy as the directions specified.I’d definitely recommend, it was a 10 out 10 property and we’d definitely stay again when in Canberra

I have returned the keys to Kingston Mart - the fob provided did not give me access to the. Building , I was locked out and had to call other apartments to allow me in. I have come down to Canberra for work and not having access to to the building is a problem. I would like a full Refund , I will be lodging a complaint with Expedia, the NSW ombudsman’s and another vendor who is affiliated with this --------. The Contactable numbers available to me and the key agent were not helpful and we were told that Expedia was at fault. I don’t believe that is the case I truly believe whoever the unknown vendor is - needs to be held accountable for providing a fob that didn’t work - which did not allow me to access the property. I demand a refund !!! I will fight for it , this unacceptable and has totally inconvenienced my working weeks you have taken my money and not provided with accommodation, I have restored to buying another accommodation so it would not disrupt my work. This unacaceotable. I have sent multiple message to try eat h you and there has beeen no response to date and this debatable started 3 days ago on my supposed check in date!!! I will never stay here or use any of your apartments again. I will be lodging a formal complaint for a complete refund .
