The structure consists of two adjacent and independent apartments, perfect for large families or groups of friends who want to share their vacation while maintaining their privacy. Together, they can accommodate up to 8 people in spacious, bright rooms with attention to the smallest details. Located on the fourth floor of a building served by an elevator, the apartment offers a spectacular view: on one side the crystal clear sea and the picturesque port of Gallipoli, on the other the lively energy of Corso Roma, with its clubs, boutiques and restaurants that enliven summer evenings.
The interiors are designed to combine elegance and functionality. In total, the property has a cozy double bedroom, two large living rooms with double sofa beds and additional folding beds, a fully equipped kitchen in each apartment and two modern bathrooms with shower cubicles. The rooms are furnished with contemporary taste and equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, TV and private garage.
The pride of the property are the panoramic verandas overlooking the sea, perfect for enjoying a breakfast with the sea breeze or an aperitif at sunset, admiring the golden colors that reflect on the water.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
