Casa Araucaria is a charming, single-level villa with private pool on the Costa del Sol, located in the countryside just outside the whitewashed village of Frigiliana, around 3 km from local restaurants and approximately 68 minutes from Málaga Airport. Set on one level, Casa Araucaria features a 7 x 4 metre private swimming pool with sun terrace, sunloungers and outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Andalusian sun. The property has around 100 m² of indoor space and a similar size of outdoor grounds, giving plenty of room for families or friends.​

Bedrooms and capacity

The villa sleeps up to 6 guests in three comfortable bedrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups. One bedroom is a double, while the other two offer twin beds for added flexibility.​

Views and outdoor space

Guests can enjoy panoramic views taking in the sea, countryside, mountains, sunrise and sunset from the terraces and garden. Outside you will find a shaded terrace, barbecue, outdoor fridge, private parking, garden with trees and regular gardener visits to keep everything looking its best.

The lounge is air-conditioned and furnished with comfortable sofas, fireplace, DVD player and Wi‑Fi, creating a cosy space to unwind. The villa also includes a washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, snooker table and useful cleaning materials for longer stays.​

Casa Araucaria has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker and full oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge‑freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, plus all necessary crockery and utensils. There is a dining area in the kitchen, a separate dining room and a high chair available for younger guests.​

Location and distances

From the villa it is about 3–3.5 km to the shops, bars, restaurants and supermarket in Frigiliana, and around 7 km to the nearest beach at Playa Torrecilla in Nerja. Baviera Golf is approximately 20.6 km away, with quick access to the A7 motorway about 4 km from the property.​

The villa benefits from weekly cleaning, linen and towel changes, with a local rental licence number CR/MA/00889. Car hire is recommended, and there is private parking on site.
Check-in information
Casa Araucaria offers self check‑in, with official check‑in from 16:00 and check‑out by 10:00, and flexibility may be possible on request. The cleaner may still be finishing preparation after the official check‑in time, ensuring the property is ready for your stay.
