Very clean and well kept property. All amenities worked perfectly. Close enough to town if you need anything, and the area has a large selection of great restaurants. Scenic views are also just a short drive away. Kaaterskill falls is most definitely worth the drive as well if you're looking for some amazing waterfall hikes.

The house was excellent—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s clearly well cared for and thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay after long days on the slopes. The location is a major plus as well, very close to the ski area, which made everything easy and convenient.Ray was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout. Great family break

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well arranged with lots of outdoor places to relax around a fire and a nice large family room. It has everything you need. The location can’t be beat, with the private yard on the stream right out back, but it’s still only five minutes to town. Ray was a great host with excellent recommendations.
